Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Lost your delivery sheet? You can download a returns and exchanges sheet here, you just need to save and then print the document, fill out your details and put it in your parcel to send back to us.  You may need to refer to your order confirmation email, or the order history section of your account for product information.
  • Any returns & exchanges must be received within 15 days of the original purchase.
  • There are no refunds – Only store credit is issued if the return/exchange meets all of the requirements mentioned on this page.  You have one year to use your store credit from the date the credit is issued to you.
  • You will see the amount in the “My Account” section on our website and can use it for any future order.
  • Exchanged item(s) are shipped to you free of charge; customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back to us unless other arrangements have been made/offered.
  • There are no returns or exchanges on accessories,  purchases that were clearance items or any other “On Sale” item(s) where the prices are low.
  •  Craze cannot guarantee that the same item(s) you are exchanging will be in stock in a different size/color. If this occurs, we can suggest another item(s) at equal or less value. We are always adding new products!
  • Any returned or exchanged item(s) that arrive in worn and/or washed condition will not receive store credit and the worn/washed product(s) will be shipped back.
  • Returned item(s) must have all tags attached
  • Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition; shoebox fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoebox, or without the original shoebox.
  • Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

How to Make a Return / Exchange

Please follow the steps below should you wish to return your item(s):

  1. Complete the enclosed return form.
  2. Place the return form inside the bag/box with the item(s).
  3. Return this package to the following address at your convenience:

Please note: customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back to us.

 

If you live in Jeddah, there are two ways you can make a return/exchange:

  1. You can visit our office to return/exchange the purchased item(s).
  2. You can contact a shipping company to pick up your item(s) noting that customers are responsible for shipping charges or returned items.

 

For customers located in GCC countries, Lebanon, Jordan, and Egypt:

Please note:

The customer is responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse.

We are responsible for return shipping costs if we have sent the wrong or defective product. For our prepaid return label address, please contact customer service at Help@craze.com.sa or +966 12 605 9898.

Non-Returnable / Exchanged Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • All items purchased on final sale.
  • Hair accessories.
  • Underwear and bodysuits.

Store Credit

Our store credit policy is very similar to our return and exchange policy which allows store credit on products that are in new condition and returned in their original packaging. “New condition” means that the product has not been worn, washed, damaged, etc. All returns for store credit must be called in or emailed in advance. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment.
  • This process takes two business days.
  • Refunds will take place as soon as we receive your returned item in the warehouse.
  • You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
