Just a few clicks and you will be able to enjoy online shopping with Craze. Since we are an exclusive online community, you need to register through our website, www.craze.com.sa. Click on one of the current campaigns and you will see a popup window where you can either log in as a registered user, or ‘’Join Us’’ simply by filling in your personal details. Then click on the “Next Step” button and fill in your delivery address. Now it’s time to start shopping! - I forgot my password. How can I log in again?
Only three steps to follow and you will be able to log in again:
- Go to the Craze login page on our website
- Select “Forgot Your Password”
- Enter your registered e-mail address
A new password will automatically be sent to your e-mail address.
- Do you have an Arabic website?
Our website is currently available only in English; we apologize for the inconvenience and we will certainly notify you as soon as our Arabic version is up and running.

- How do I confirm my order?
To ensure that orders are captured and correctly placed, we will send you an email confirmation. In addition, a Craze representative will call you to confirm as soon as possible after placing your order.

- How can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that the sooner you inform us the better! Cancellations depend on whether or not your order has been shipped. Usually, this happens within 1–2 business days. Hence, we give you the opportunity to cancel your order at a very early stage through our website. Also, you can send us a request through firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order and we will refund you according to your payment method.
However, if your order has already shipped we would not be able to cancel it.
- My desired item is sold out. Will it be available again?
We cannot confirm if this item will be available again, but we have long-term partnerships with our suppliers. Your item might, therefore, be available again at a later stage. By subscribing to our daily newsletter you will always stay informed about all our current campaigns.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
You can select from a variety of convenient payment methods:
- Credit card (MasterCard/Visa) through Faturah; Faturah is an e-payment gateway launched exclusively for merchants based in Saudi Arabia, providing a secure e-commerce and credit card e-payment solution. The service is supported by SAMBA, one of the largest bank corporations in the KSA.

- My credit card details were rejected; what can I do?
If you’ve tried to place an order but the payment is not being accepted, you can still choose the Cash on Delivery option. We recommend that you check with your bank so that your next purchase can be effortless and straightforward.
- Can I pay in a currency which is not the delivery country's currency?
When charging to your credit card, the amount will appear in your country’s currency so you will know how much you are paying; then all charges will be converted to Saudi Riyals.
Return & exchange
- How can I return an item?
At Craze, we are proud to offer a hassle free return/exchange policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Craze, please contact the customer service team within 15 days of delivery via the “Contact Us” form or call us at +966 12 605 9898 to initiate and schedule the return process. Once we’ve received the item(s) in our warehouse, we will immediately start the refund process. Returned item(s) should be mailed to:

- Do I get a refund if I cancel an order?
In the case of order cancellation, we will typically refund you upon request as a store credit; the amount will stay in your Craze account online and you can use it for any future order.
- In the case of credit card payment through Faturah, we can organize a refund to your credit card. This process takes 2–3 working days from order cancellation.
- In the case of PayPal payment, we can organize a refund to your PayPal account. This process takes 2–3 working days from order cancellation.
- In the case of bank transfer, we will always refund to your account number. This process takes 3–4 working days from order cancellation.
- Is it possible to exchange an item after receiving it?
Has your favorite color changed? A change of mind is something that happens to all of us. Craze is very flexible when it comes to exchanging orders. Simply get in touch with us within 15 days of delivery through any of our communication channels to initiate and schedule the exchange process.
- What if I receive a different item than the one I ordered?
We at Craze take extra care to ensure that you receive what you ordered. However, in the event of a mistaken shipment, you can always contact our customer service team via email on Help@craze.com.sa or call us on +966 12 605 9898 to schedule the exchange or return process. Once the item(s) are received in our warehouse, a store credit will be issued and emailed to you to be used towards purchasing replacements.
